What kind of training do you need?
It depends on if you are at the Help Desk, Network Operations Center, or network architect!
Help Desk
The Help Desk needs enough training to get the problem to the right place. They need to be able to talk to both the user as well as the network diagnostician.
We suggest the 4 hour on-site Help Desk IPv6 training. The cost for this is $200 per person with a minimum of 50 people + travel costs. You may want to have systems people, programmers or even management attend this! Contact us to schedule.
Network Operations Center
The Network Operations Center needs more intensive training. We offer NOC L2 or NOC L3 training. The NOC L3 is our most intensive course.
We suggest the 3-day course for the NOC L2 and the 5-day course for the NOC L3. The NOC L2 and L3 folks can also attend together for the first three days and then let the NOC L3 diagnosticians get to the most intensive portions of the class.
The cost for the 3-day class is $1,200 per person with a minimum of 20 people + travel costs. The cost for the 5-day class is $2,000 per person with a minimum of 15 people + travel costs. Contact us for various options to tailor to your needs.
Network Architect
The Network Architect needs to consider the overall migration strategy, backup, disaster recovery, IPv6 address plan, tools (network management, IP address management, firewalls) as well as where and how services such as DNSv6 and DHCPv6 will be used. We offer specialized Network Architect.
The cost for the 3-day class is $1,200 per person with a minimum of 20 people + travel costs.
